While we love smoothies, there's something so much more satisfying about eating your smoothie in bowl form.

CHOC PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE BOWL
Serves 2–3 depending on how hungry you are :)
Blend the following:
- 100ml milk of choice
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 large frozen banana
- 2 medjool dates
To serve:
- Fresh strawberries (feel free to mix up the berries, it's delicious with blueberries, raspberries and blackberries too)
- Sliced banana
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate chips
- Desiccated coconut
Method:
Place all of the smoothie bowl ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Once smooth, pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings!
It’s hard to mess up a smoothie bowl, mix and match to your liking. There’s no limit other than your imagination.
