Choc peanut butter smoothie bowl

While we love smoothies, there's something so much more satisfying about eating your smoothie in bowl form.

CHOC PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE BOWL

Serves 2–3 depending on how hungry you are :)

Blend the following:

  • 100ml milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 medjool dates
To serve:
  • Fresh strawberries (feel free to mix up the berries, it's delicious with blueberries, raspberries and blackberries too)
  • Sliced banana
  • Peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips 
  • Desiccated coconut

Method: 

Place all of the smoothie bowl ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Once smooth, pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings!

It’s hard to mess up a smoothie bowl, mix and match to your liking. There’s no limit other than your imagination.
